This is a collaboration product between Kuze Fuku Shoten and Hinoideya Seika, famous for their shiroebi senbei (white shrimp crackers). The combination of Kuze Fuku's 'all-purpose dashi' and shiroebi is exceptional. First, the dashi aroma envelops you, followed by a gentle spread of shiroebi flavor—a truly exquisite product.

Shiroebi senbei (white shrimp crackers) are made using shiroebi, referred to as the 'jewels of Toyama Bay,' Toyama rice 'Tentakaku,' and spring water from the Tateyama Mountains. This exquisite product is a result of Hinoideya Seika’s commitment to local production for local consumption. After numerous trials and errors, it was released in 1998 and has since been cherished as a Toyama specialty.

This luxurious shiroebi senbei pairs exceptionally well with Kuze Fuku's 'all-purpose dashi,' which can be considered the face of Kuze Fuku . The aroma of the dashi rises first, followed by a gentle emergence of shiroebi flavor.
