Cooking Instructions
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste.
- Add ZENB Pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness, 10 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 13 for a softer texture.
- Drain well and serve, just as you would traditional pasta.
Water may foam as a natural result of the cooking process for yellow peas.
For cold dishes such as pasta salads, rinse the pasta under cold running water after cooking to chill. Drain well and combine with other ingredients to enjoy immediately.
